Whether you drink coffee or not, you've probably heard the debate over whether coffee is good or bad. There has been a lot of discussion about this before. But recent research has come out with sensational data. It is said that drinking coffee, even sweets in coffee, is associated with health. However, other studies on coffee have different opinions.

So how about coffee?

There are many differences in public opinion regarding the effects of coffee on health. Coffee is a widely consumed beverage, with an estimated two billion cups consumed daily worldwide.. That's a lot of coffee and many want to know what other benefits coffee has to offer besides energizing and waking up. But this is where experts differ.

Coffee made with chemicals:

When we drink coffee, we take in a complex fluid that contains literally thousands of chemicals, and the potential health benefits of coffee are usually linked to the other chemicals it contains. A group of antioxidants, including polyphenols, make a beneficial contribution to coffee. This material is available in sufficient quantity. But these and other antioxidants are found in relatively high amounts in many plants, such as broccoli or blueberries.

What do scientists think about coffee?

Basically we drink coffee for the caffeine, not for the antioxidants. We can realistically hope that we are not harming ourselves by drinking coffee. Yet coffee, like any other harmful food, never hastens our death. The list of such harmful food ingredients includes donuts, microwave popcorn and cigars, many of which we eat without knowing the harm. Scientists say they love researching this coffee almost as much as we love drinking it.
